"After living for a while in one of the world's leading beef-consuming and exporting countries, a question comes to mind: What part of the cow is used to make a hamburger?

No matter how many videos I watch online, I still have my doubts...

To all you global consumers of this well-known product—do whatever you want with Argentine beef. As for me, I’ll stick to the old tradition of a good Argentine asado. I just hope we never run out of quality cuts of meat in Argentina...

If we were to ask a gaucho what part of the cow is used to make a hamburger—just like asking where our country's wealth really goes—the answer might remain just as elusive. This is a land rich in food, yet poorly managed politically and economically.

With nothing more to add, I leave you to ponder: The Mystery of the Hamburger."
