Every few months, Del Caimán curates a new rotating collection created to complement the depth, refinement, and cultural richness of Chef Julio Peraza’s cuisine; not as decoration, but as part of the experience. This collaboration was born from a shared belief that Latin culture is best experienced through flavor, form, memory, and presence.
